A JavaScript text differencing implementation.

I use this libaray in the Script Compare and scriptHandler applications to compare different scripts.

Usage

This script is a helper script that is launched from other applications. Many different options are available. Following examples show how to compare two text segments:

// load script
document.getScriptNamed('Scripts').runScriptNamed('jsdiff');

// compare two texts
var diff = Diff.createTwoFilesPatch(name0, name1, text0, test1, 
                { 'context' : '0', 'ignoreWhitespace': 'true', 'stripTrailingCr': 'true'});

console.log(diff);

Installation

The jsdiff script is installed using the scriptHandler script about which you can learn more over here. It is installed in the Scripts form.
